When you purchase from t&j design, we collect your name, billing and shipping
addresses, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information so that we can
process and ship your order. We respect your privacy by not selling, sharing or
otherwise distributing your information with outside companies or third parties. We
recommend when you are providing information on behalf of a child, you use the child's
parent or guardian's e-mail address and you have the permission of that child's parent
or guardian.
Secure Shopping
The t&j design online store is hosted by Yahoo! Store's servers and our orders are
processed using Yahoo! Store's shopping cart. Yahoo! Store uses secure servers to
protect all of your personal information including your name, address and credit card
information. As a Yahoo! Store our checkout process uses industry standard SSL
encryption to ensure the privacy and security of your information. What that means for
you is safe, secure shopping at t& j design.
Offline Ordering
For those of you who do not wish to submit credit card information online through our
secure server, we do present the option to order by phone. Please call us at 1-203-775-

Billing Policy
We will not bill your account until your order is ready to be shipped. Once we have
credit card authorization, we will ship via the carrier method you have chosen. You will
be notified by e-mail that your order has shipped, along with a tracking number if you
have chosen UPS as the carrier.
Turnaround
Generally each order will be manufactured after the order is received. The usual
turnaround time from order placement to shipping date is 7 to 10 working days. Once
your order is ready to ship, we will send it out immediately.
Shipping Information
We offer shipping via USPS and UPS. You will have the opportunity to select the carrier
and type of service when you place your order.
For USPS, we use First Class only and we use a flat shipping and handling rate based on
the number of items ordered.
The flat rates are:
1 item / $4.00
2 items / $5.00
3 items / $6.00
4 items / $7.00
5 or more items / $8.00
For UPS shipping we use real-time UPS charges. The shipping charges are visible to you
prior to completing your order. Once you have added items to your shopping cart and
begin the checkout process, the shipping charges will be calculated and displayed. We
do add a $3.00 charge to each order to cover the cost of handling & packaging.
Return Policy
If you are unhappy with a purchase from t&j design, we will gladly accept it for return or
exchange, but the item must be post marked within 10 days of the original shipping
date. Please enclose a note with your name and phone number explaining the reason
for the return or exchange. You must include the original receipt from our package for
all returns and exchanges, and the item must not be altered in any way. We will credit
the card on which the purchase was made.
